Pipe Core Light Cure Resin is a low viscosity, highly reactive UV curing resin based on methacrylate esters and is styrene free. Pipe Core Light Cure Resin resin has been developed for UV CIPP and is suited for both on-site and pre impregnated liners.
The chemical composition of Pipe Core Light Cure Resin ensures good chemical resistance performance, while also having a high flash point (>95 °C), which guarantees no VOCs emission or high levels of smell.

Details
Pipe Core Light Cure Resin already contains the required amount of photo initiator. For the proper curing the resin has to be irradiated by UV light (at least 10 mW/cm² from about 5 cm distance). The applied initiator allows the use of high-pressure mercury lamps or UV-LEDs for curing.
